Key responsibilIties


  • Participate in stock counts of all F&B items stored in the store rooms.
  • Follow all inventory and product control policies and procedures at all times and reports any discrepancies to the F&B Storekeeper immediately.
  • Inspect and evaluate the quality of food received during loading to ensure it meets company and product specifications.
  • Consistently maintains assigned F&B stores, including recording, controlling and issuing inventory to operational departments and monitoring expiration dates. 
  • Assists the F&B Storekeeper with stock rotation and provides input on consumption patterns as requested.
  • Monitor consumption trends and promptly report any discrepancies or unusual trends in stock consumption or utilization to the F&B Storekeeper or Hotel Inventory Manager. 
  • Participate in the internal loading of all F&B and hotel items.
  • Assist the F&B Scorekeeper with product inspections and promptly report any discrepancies in quality and specifications.
  • Inform the F&B Storekeeper of any changes in consumption and inventory discrepancies.
  • Advise the F&B Storekeeper of slow-moving items that need to be added to the slow-moving list. 
  • Always assist with USPH pre-inspections as directed by the Hotel Inventory Manager and ensure all F&B stores are clean and well maintained at all times.
  • Maintains a safe working environment and equipment at all times.


SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

  • At least 1 year prior experience in a large F&B Store environment.
  • Knowledge of basic food and beverage storage and preservation techniques, processes and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures.
  • Good English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Motivation to excel in all aspects of job duties and responsibilities. 
  • Personable communicator with outstanding social skills and a warm, friendly, and caring personality. 
  • Commitment to establish and maintain courteous and professional working relationships in a diverse cultural environment.
